Reference Access Offer

The Reference Access Offer (RAO) is published on this website in accordance with the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access, as issued by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM).

The RAO includes the general terms and conditions for access to Valsa’s network facilities and/or network services by other telecommunications operators licensed under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
